Our approach

At Rolling hills Racing we are guided by a love of the horse, a lifetime of experience and a passion for racing. Our goal is to reach the full potential of every horse, whether you have a veteran stakes winner, a yearling just learning the ropes or a campaigner needing rehab or just a vacation. For each horse  and client we fashion an individualized program that includes:

• Thorough assessment of each horse - conformation, temperament, history
• Review of your goals and aspirations as an owner
• Near and longer term plans and approaches for success

About Pat

Patti brings a lifetime of experience and knowledge to Rolling Hills Racing. An accomplished horsewoman in every aspect of the business, Patti has been involved in racing since 1969. Over the years she has worked as a jockey in Vermont and New York, as an exercise rider with such fine horses as Mr. Prospector, Talc, Sea Hero, Punch Line, Gaviola and Finery, and as an assistant trainer for stables at Belmont Park, Saratoga, Gulfstream Park, Laurel Park and more. Patti has also become an expert on bloodlines and breeding and, in addition to breeding and racing her own horses, she regularly travels to Keeneland, Saratoga, Timonium etc. to assess bloodstock and advise clients in their purchases.
